Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance services with attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment safely.

• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up of residential and commercial properties.

• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client satisfaction.

• Assist with loading and unloading equipment daily.

• Maintain equipment by reporting any issues or needed repairs.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required (training provided).

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
  
   

Job Posting: Lawn Care Crew Leader ($20-$25)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Crew Leader to manage a lawn care team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality work, and maintaining strong communication with management and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of lawn care technicians on residential and commercial properties.

• Operate and oversee the use of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment.

• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards.

• Communicate with clients in a professional manner as needed.

• Train and mentor new crew members.

• Manage schedules, job site organization, and daily equipment checks.

• Report progress and any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field required.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record preferred (ability to drive company trucks/trailers).

• Dependable, motivated, and able to lead by example.
