Cancellation Policy
Service Policy for Alpha Care Plus "Alpha Fulfillment LLC" 1. Scheduling: Booked services may shift by a day due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We'll notify you of any changes. 2. Cancellation: Cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled start to avoid any fees. 3. Rescheduling/Skipping: You can reschedule or skip your service up to 24 hours before its start. 4. Weather Conditions: Weather may impact service dates. We'll communicate any necessary adjustments. 5. Service Guarantee: Your satisfaction is paramount. If unsatisfied, let us know immediately. 6. Payment: Pay in advance or upon completion. Failure to adhere to our policies may result in a fee Plus 5% Interest charges. 7. Safety: Ensure areas are clear of obstructions or valuables for certain services like tree trimming or pressure cleaning. 8. Feedback: Your feedback helps us improve. Please share your experience post-service. 9. Refunds: A1. Refunds are only authorized if services where not rendered or Alpha Care Plus Issues refund from there end. A2. Services on Auto Pay Or Monthly Payment are locked in to the monthly rate and cannot be cancelled before the full term of services rendered as the service price is at a lower rate for the full monthly option (If Cancelled Before Month Completion Next Auto Pay Must Be Paid For Cancelation With No Services Rendered).
