Service Policy for Alpha Care Plus "Alpha Fulfillment LLC" 1. Scheduling: Booked services may shift by a day due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We'll notify you of any changes. 2. Cancellation: Cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled start to avoid any fees. 3. Rescheduling/Skipping: You can reschedule or skip your service up to 24 hours before its start. 4. Weather Conditions: Weather may impact service dates. We'll communicate any necessary adjustments. 5. Service Guarantee: Your satisfaction is paramount. If unsatisfied, let us know immediately. 6. Payment: Pay in advance or upon completion. Failure to adhere to our policies may result in a fee Plus 5% Interest charges. 7. Safety: Ensure areas are clear of obstructions or valuables for certain services like tree trimming or pressure cleaning. 8. Feedback: Your feedback helps us improve.
